Applied for a loan while on the phone another person came on telling me what savings I can make on gas/electric I responded by saying I was not interested. He wasn't listening so I hung up give him no authorisation to debit monies from my account and the very next day my account was £79.99 down due to a brokerage fee I was charged but did not authorise it. I rang and asked for my money back they said I would receive a cheque with in 28 days that was on the 4 dec I have emailed customer services and no reply
