Received Email from Norton 14th December to tell me that they could not acess my visa account because of card failure would I please update my bank details

Received Email from Norton 20th December to inform me that my cancelled subscription had been renewed using a visa card account which ended in 7986 a visa card number which does not exist
I rang Norton and spoke to a Mr. Sabeel Ahmed on the 21st December after a lengthy arguement on the phone I sent further details by Email to Mr. Ahmed on the same date.
During our discussion on the phoneMr Ahmend started to tell me about Pay Pal and mentioned my Daughters name for what reason I do not know.
After some time He agreed to give me back my $119.99 and an explanation as to how he acsessed my bank account with a card number which does not exist I received the money back into my bank account but to date no explanation has been forth coming as to how he acsessed my bank account
I again asked for an explanation as to how my bank account was acsessed by Email on the 1st January still no reply has been forth coming
I am filing this complaint becuase I believe the actions taken taken by Norton in acessing my Bank account are fraudulent and I have made an appointment with my Bank Manager at My State to seek an explanation as to how they let my account be acessed with a credit card which does not exist
