Symantec offers a 30 day, $1.00 trail, that can be opted out (cancelled) during the 30 days. I cancelled - but my credit card was debited for two products. That was a month ago. I finally got the refunds. Symantec (Norton) just debited me again, for Norton 360, $74.99, which I never purchased. One must speak or 'chat' with India to request a refund. That elevator does not go to the top floor! Once they have your credit card number - they can charge anything, any time, usually on a Saturday. Getting a refund takes hours and a great deal of listening to sing-song English apologizing for the error. But no one takes responsibility for causing bank fees for overdrafts, caused by the debits that are a result of Symantec's fraudulent actions. This is not the first time Symantec has done this to me... Don't give them a credit card number!
