I ordered a pair of NIKE W AIR MAX 2012 sneakers online and it took about 10 days for delivery. When I finally received it, it was a pair of Nike Golf Shoes. I called customer service right away and they told me that they would ship the correct shoes. They didn't even offer a discount or coupon. They told me that I would need to sent the incorrect order or else I will be charged again on my credit card. They did not even apologize. I will not ever order anything from Lady Footlocker online.
