I have email traffic with the company about Nike foamposite shoes. They state that they get the shoes from the Nike factory and that they are real shoes. I received them 11 Dec and they look fake. I reported this to the company and they told me to authenticate them and they would refund my money if they weren't authenticated. I went to the mall to Champs and Foot Locker (at St. Charles Waldorf MD mall) and they stated they were fake (glue, stitching, Nike symbol, material & box). I called Nike store in Arundel Mills mall and they asked for the number on the inside of the shoe (624041-040) and they stated it didn't come up in the Nike database. I gave them the research and they didn't give me an address to return the shoes for a refund. What should I do next?
