The banker at Chase (Chad) seemed nice enough when we started the loan process early before even finding a home in Sept. in Oct. We found a home and made an offer but we were told we would have to wait till Dec. 7th to start the contract due to new FHA rules on foreclosed homes then it would take 30 days or less to close. Slow but ok thats fine. Today is Jan 4th and we are being told we have to hope the seller will give us an extension because the final appraisal that Chase ordered yesterday!!! Didn't pass cause the water value was off. Do you think that I should suffer cause they had 30 days to schedule the second appraisal and waited till 4 days before closing? They don't care about their customers one bit!!! BTW for those of you who want to know who and where. I am talking about Chad E. At the 3300 S. And 3200 E. Branch in Salt Lake City Utah.
