I was a customer of AT&T Mobility and was assessed Universal Service Charges under state laws (collectively USC) on data pay - per - use plans, visual voicemail services, customer custom packaging plan, international calls outside the United States or voicemail services only ("Covered Services") on bills issued from January 1 through December 31. AT&T Mobility assessed on USC on coverd Services not subject to USC requirements.
