Bought a hair piece never have worn but hair keeps falling out to werw you can see hair clap

I understand hair pieces are non refundable but therefore is just a manufator errorr. Nothing has been done on my part i got it from hair web and palm total of hair had fallen out. I can't find our reciept since i had been not given one. I actually do all my bussiness with sally's beauty supplie. I'm very upset since i have. Nt actually used the hairpiece. I will;t connect photographs my computer won't i want to. I will go for the foley shop and let them view it.
