Sweet Heather became tuff hether real quik.
She skirted around the main problem and (mumbled something unintelligible) and then said she could not do that but offered me a 25% discount. I said no and asked for the removal of the charges again, and then she offered me a 50% discount. At that time I asked to speak to her superior. She then hehawed (mumbled something unintelligible) again and said she was the only one there to help me.
By that time, and after giving her all the grace and chances I could, I knew I had been Scammed!
