I purchased 2 dog safety belt coupons from swarmjam. It told me to redeem them on a site called factoryoutlet.com. So I did, followed the steps, factoryoutlet automatically charged me for 4 safety belts.
I immediately called the customer service number provided on their site, no one answers or they will pick up then hang up! I tried e-mailing customer service and the 'head guy' and no response. (Also their website had a ton of spelling errors)
Also tried contacting swarmjam, no response, same deal.
I am sure this is a scam so please be aware of these sites! I should of done my research before hand, but I learned the hard way.
