One dept doesn't know what the other is doing

I purchased 2 pair of boots on Black Friday, November 23. I also purchased 3
wallets at the same time. I received the wallets on December 13, but as of
December 30th I have not received the boot.in an e-mail I received on 12-16-12,
I was told that if the items were not delivered by the 21st, I would receive a
refund AND a credit. After I had not received the boot on the 21st, I contacted
the company and requested the refund and credit. I was told the credit on my account was equal to a full credit so I would not be getting a refund. I never received the refund, but the credits posted to my account. VERY hesitantly, I thought about placing
another order with this company. I placed the items in my shopping cart, including redeeming the credits. I chickened out and decided to come back later.

When I returned to place the order several hours later, my shopping cart was empty and the credits were no longer showing on my account. I contacted the company AGAIN, only to be told the credits were only good for 48 hours from the time they were issued. They were issued on the 21st and were in my account until the 28th. Where I come from that's more than 48 hours. No where and no one told me the credits would expire. I want those credits back. This company is not reliable and one department doesn't have any idea what the other is doing. I want my hard earned money back! Better yet, I want to speak to someone in their management department.
