I purchased credits from this website on March 19 and still have not received them, and today is March 25. On their website it states that you will receive your credits in 8 minutes to 24 hours. Everyday I would go to there online support and I would get the same response" we are out of stock of credits ", but clearly on their website it states that they are in fact in stock. Then when I brought up that subject their answered changed, and said their boss was not there to give the trade of credits.By that time I had been fed up and just simply asked for my money back. I then did not get response back even though it showed that they did not leave the chat, or they would say how they are not allowed to do refunds and that their boss will do the refund.
