On Dec. 15 I contacted s.E.C. To turn on service I have yet to recieve service in my new apartment there reason for not turning my service is because of past tenants frauding and now before any tenant at this address can turn any service on they must be investigated by sending in a faxed copy of there rental agreement drivers license and managers contact information this is unheard of I am a retired grandmother of nine I have good credit and I was treated as a criminal from the very start when I spoke to the supervisor I was treated with no respect and I felt like I was being interigated like a criminal I refuse to have to send in these documents just because of prior tenants this is unfair after. Before I could even end the convo the superviser Hung up on me this is to much please help it must be handled in a more professional manne
