I paid for a 3 day seminar in Fort Lauderdale, FL and was asked to leave the class after 30 minutes. Because I offered a disagreement with the teacher, who stated" I did not have a positive attitude for the class". My question to him came about the reality of his statement that 25 offers for purchase of real estate every week was realistic for an individual's work schedule. I have 40 years experience in the profession and several professional designations and degrees to know a scam when I see one. Statements about the current real estate market in Fort lauderdale were inaccurate and not timely to the reality of the current business climate. Do not waste your money on these shell games or this man.
