I called the store spoke with the man only to be lied to. He gave my daughter the corporate number wrong three time. We had to goggle it. After calling corporate they connected me to the district manager who did not return my call. My daughter left the store upset. I went to the store left my number with some people in line. I got a call as soon as that store open from a person who purchase that 11 sending me a copy of the receipt and a picture of the shoe. My daughter who had come home station in new york a sgt in army. Stood six hour to do something for her brother was mistreated. And the sad part about it hi bet will not respond back. But I will keep posting even if I go to the news paper untill hibbett make this right.
