While my daughter was staying with us she allegedly rented a digital camera from Rent-A-Center. My daughter has since left and I am not sure where she is staying.
Rent-Center has been relentless in calling my house and banging on my door.
When I tell them that I don't know where my daughter lives and that they are to stop harassing me, they say things like: Would you like to see your daughter arrested? Or Are you telling us that you have a lier for a daughter?
I have told them over and over again that I have never rented anything from them and that they are to stop bothering me. This has landed on deaf ears.
I called the store to see if I could find out who the district manager is so i could contact them and the person kept asking me "why do you want that information?"
What should my next step be? Who do I tell that I am being harassed?
