Wow, where do I start? Oh right, Pro Collect. So I decided to do the right thing and try to clear my debt. Contacted the apartment complex to settle debt and they stated that they handed my account over to Pro Collect. I contacted Pro Collect in order to settle a debt and was given the rudest customer service or collection service EVER! I asked to settle she said no. I asked why and she said it can not be settled, mind you this is from 2008 and it's an apartment debt. I said well okay, how about payment arrangements? She said no to that as well. Then I said to her, now you are not trying to work with me at all. She said Ma'am you will need to make the full 2800 dollars to us by December whatever and I was like I don't have that kind of money. She sounded as if she didn't care. Overtalked me, I ask for a mananager, she said no, I was like you're refusing me a manager and she proceeded to say what she wanted then let me speak to a manager. The manager was just as worse. I was all for paying but now I'm like screw it ya'll don't want to work with me and went on to the next collection agency.
