Phone line is not working and I was loathing making the call to AT&T cust. Support because they have been a joke in the past. Well today, I have been transferred to 9 different people (not including dropping my call twice) to try and get to "telephone line repair". I could only understand 3 of the techs, as their English was so poor. Never got to the dept I needed and have wasted now 3 hours on my cell phone. I just demanded that someone come out to look at the problem as my business is suffering and they say this will cost me $149. I guess that's one way for AT&T to make $ - Never get through to the dept you need to so they can have a tech visit and bill for it. Unethical and unprofessional.
