I got Att Uverse on May 20. My bill for the first 3 months was supposed to be $95.00. That in itself was a joke, because I was paying $110.00 to $140.00 a month without seeing a bill. I received only ONE paper bill. And that was only because I was a new subscriber.

I NEVER received another paper bill after that until August. Then I FINALLY received a copy of All my bills for all the months I called. I was always put on hold, transfered to another department or disconnected. This continued until I finally was disconnected by AT&T Uverse. Because I was dumb enough to BUNDLE my cell phone with Att Uverse (which I had since before Ktrina) I also lost my only type of communication. And had to try to get another phone that I can afford. All was disconnected November even though I PAID $170.00 in November.

NOW I got put in a Collection Agency because ATT Uverse said I owe $345.08. THANK YOU Att Uverse for making my cerdit score drop. How about calling Better business breau, everyone so we can make Att Uverse credit and business scores drop also.
