Applied for an online personal loan. Spoke with guy named Shane. Sent me loan documents and said I had to secure it with a paid for car, no more than 4 yrs. Old, have mu jewelry appaised and put in a safety deposit box, or take out an insurance policy guaranteeing my payment for 3 months. The insurance was $314 which I sent by Moneygram. Told me when my loan would appear in my account, but not surprisingly, it never did. I commuicate with Shane Epstein by phone until I sent the money. Once that happened I could not reach him at that number, only a busy signal. The number was 888-444-9985.
