I was contacted by a guy named Shane Epstein. I was approved for a $3000 loan. Was told I needed a consigner, put up property or take out insurance for true first 3 months. I went to western union and sent the money and of course loan was never deposited in my account. I was sent documents and papers through my email. Talked to Shane all the way up until he received my $314, then all I got was busy signal, I did call from my friends phone and Shane answered and hung up on me, I also reapplied with a different email and Name and then I told him who I was, and of course he hung up called back busy signal..
