I placed an order on 12/13 and expected it to arrive for Christmas, as it was gift. The package was suppose to take 5-7 days and here we are 2 weeks later and no product. They do not answer their phones, nor do they return emails. I would stay away from them and wish that I had seen these complaints prior to ordering. I will be filing a complaint with PayPal and disputing the charge. I hope this helps anyone checking and you can see how recent this post is relative to earlier this year. They haven't changed or gotten any better regarding their lack of customer service or professionalism. Stay Away from this company!!
