I bought a bracelet with a lock on it from this company and the lock fell off after my second wear! I was very upset because if the lock had been secure in the first place it would not have fell off after my second time wearing it.

So I emailed the company (this company does not have a contact number) and told them that the lock fell off and they told me they would send me another lock at no charge if I placed another order. So i placed another order and informed them that I did place a second order and they still have not sent the lock!!!

I have emailed them 3 times since then and they have ignored my emails! I have not heard back from them! This company did not keep their word!!! You really take a risk buying from them! Do not do it!!
