I signed up for Realestateagent.com in Sept and received one email from them confirming by acct. I then did not hear anything from them after that, but noticed a $175 renewal fee on my credit card. When I called to cancel, I was told I should have called in 10 days prior to my renewal date to cancel, but because I didn't the charge would stand. I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge and hope that it will be removed. Stay away from this company. And like some of the other complaints, I am interested is anyone files a class action suit. Any company that does business like this one needs to be shut down.
