In March I received a call from Realestateagent.com. They said they were a new company but had been very successful and were offering a promotional period of 3 months for 5 zip codes for $175.00.in the 3 months that I was with them I never received 1 lead, not a call or email. 5 days prior to my renewal period I called to cancel. I was hung up on twice before I was able to finally speak with someone. When I asked to cancel she said I was not within the 10 cancellation prior that was clearly written in my terms and conditions. I was not told this when I signed up so shame on me for not looking at the terms and conditions. Because of this I was going to be charged $175 on my renewal date, or if I preferred I could pay a cancelation fee (even though I was cancelling prior to my renewal date) of $14.99, but it had to be in writing, I couldn't even do it over the phone or by email.
When I spoke with the customer service about not receiving any leads she said "Miss, you can log into your account and see that you have had numerous impressions on your webpage" No mater how many times I told them I didn't receive 1 call or email they insisted it was not their fault and that I had web traffic on my page. At one point the supervisor even said to me "I'm sorry, I'm not your phone company so I can't tell you why you were getting the calls".
Stay away from this company! You get NO leads and they are very deceptive.
