They just won't take responsibility for error or fraud complaints. One has to spend a thousand hours on the phone and they still 'don't know nothing.' Two filed this month (1200.00) with one arrest—nothing. It's a movie. I'm disabled. I'm in physical pain. I was a 9-11 initial responder. They took my December rent. I wrote the AG and FDIC: no response. Got a letter yesterday saying they no longer have FDIC protection on non-interest bearing accounts effective 1/1. They're criminals.
