Bank Failed. Forced into Bankruptcy. FDIC testified in bankruptcy all monies had been accounted for, at the same time FDIC sued bonding co. And collected $950,000.00 on theft from my accounts in another Federal Court. Also FDIC placed a resititution order on me for $335,000.00 for notes due at time bank failed. Received proof thru the FOIA that all notes had been paid before bank failed. FDIC has refused to settle with me, and even the attorney that was hired by FDIC that collected on the theft bond, told me that he could not believe that the FDIC has not tried to settle me. I lossed a total of appx. $1,200, 000.00 in cash deposits, plus all personal belongings. Who is FDIC.
