I have been trying to cancel our automatic renewal for two weeks and I keep getting conflicting responses.
On 12/14 I received an AVG e-mail that said "Your Continuous Protection service was canceled". Since then I have received several confusing AVG responses that left cancelation in question. This morning I received an AVG e-mail that repeated that the above was canceled, but to confirm my e-mail address I was to click on a lead-in that said "UNSUBSCRIPTION UNSUCCESSFUL!". We are not going to renew AVG, and I am about to report the above to the Better Business Bureau, and if we are billed, we will take lecal action against AVG
