I received a charge on my credit card for a year's subscription to X-box Live. When I asked my gamer about it, he said he had canceled that. I called the service and found out that my son had indeed canceled the subscription, but had not canceled the automatic renewal. They refunded this year's payment, but I guess I paid last year for naught. How can they do that?
