Please note that we have been approached by FAIRGuide last year 2011 in October, where we received a form that resembles ADIPEC Exhibition free catalogue listing service, inviting us to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory.
Like many others, in error we signed their communication, where they had given the inaccurate impression that this entry / update for Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) directory of the trade fair in question was free of charge. After that we received an invoice that we are contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement. We have disputed and explained the in error signature of a misleading deceptive contract. The first year we had to pay for after receiving multiple reminders and it is over now and we just received the second bill for the second year.
