Contractor/Individual was contractor to perform work. Contractor did not complete or show up. Alex Ramos of Frederick MD, is the Contractor. Nobody should hire this guy or trust him to complete work. Contractor was hired on 12.23.2012 to perform his work on 12-26 and 12-27.
