Item ordered 11-17, Credit Card charge posted 11-17. Dec 25 still waiting. They keep order as unfulfilled for weeks then miracurously change it to fulfilled even tho they never send item.
If you were also scammed, and used a credit card for undelivered purchase, contact the bank that issued your credit card and report internet fraud - secondly, cancel card as Blue Outlet has the number, and have bank reissue a new card - then report them to BBB New York. Let's hope enough people take action to get these rotten crooks off the internet and perhaps get them jail terms.
