I just got off line with MJ customer service representatives. After several attempts to fix little problems I documented the last transaction with them. They have no number to call so you have to contact them online and here are my results. This is the truth and no exaggeration. Took 2 agents and 3 hrs 20 min to change email information for my account. Constantly on hold. I actually copied the transcript and it was over 3 pages to get it done. Can it get any worse???
