I have a complaint in with the Wisconsin Dept. Of Consumer Protection over a charge in my Dec. Bill with AT&T. Today I received a notice that they have added Call Waiting to my bill. I have no use for this, can't afford and never requested.in the first dispute the cust. Rep. Said something about bundling and saving me $6.00 pr/mo. Obviously she wss lying and actually adding something I didn't request. These people are almost impossible to get in touch with BTW. Their online site can't be used as no passwords are accepted so in a way that's not honest. I'm very careful about potential scams. This was simply a lie told to me by AT&T and even a younger person would not have known.
