I placed an online order for ink.
I received order confirmation 11/22 at 8:55 am in one email of Invoice #51028 and Confirmation #F199237286. Another email on the same day and sametime of Invoice #1992372 along with a Transaction ID # 4803767170.
I have emailed them twice 12/11 and 12/15.
I called on 12/22 getting only voicemail and have not received a response yet.
On 11/26 payment was taken from my account.
It is 12/23 and I still have not received my order or any Email response or any phone response.
