Beware of this online seller of UGG boots and other apparel. Purchase was made on the site and paid promptly by PayPal in January. I received no confirmation other than PayPal receipt so I sent an email to the recipient asking for confirmation of the order. No response was given but I did receive a PayPal acceptance email.
I sent another email asking for shipment details and order confirmation... Again no response so I added the MSN contact from the site that was dedicated to online assistance chat... No response to multiple pings and emails to both addresses.
4 weeks later I still had received no response and I am now waiting for a PayPal escalation to try and get my money back. I am not optimistic but they have until tomorrow to respond.
This seller has multiple sites including www.ugg4women.ca, www.fashionbeacon.com and another ugg4women in the uk... All of which I assume are fraudulent. The contact is based out of China.
