Made a purchase from Proactiv last in October. Account was debited for $19.95 for Xmas gift for my granddaughter. I have always had a "Do not ship" without my order or authorization along with my selection of products I wanted to order with this company since March.
On December 13, ProActiv Solutions deducted $39.94 from my account! When talking with their customer service Rep, I was told that they did not want me to run out of the product so "they" selected what to send to me. When I requested a refund to my account, I was told that I would frist have to return the product as they had just mailed it that morning.
I requested a tracting number and I was told they did not have one. When I asked for the expected date of deliver of this product, I was told that it could take 4-6 weeks (Des Moines is only 250 miles away from Omaha, NE)!
I too want to join in on a class action against this scandalous company.
