I ordered a jacket from them using my Debit card. They sent me a conformation # withdrew payment the next day. I E-Mailed them 30 times when I finally got reply they said my payment never went through. I had to send another 10 E-mail telling them yes it did and giving them time and date of withdraw. Another 10 E_Mail then a reply that said "Please recheck whether your payment did go through." Sent then 10 more E-Mails explaining everything again and reply was then "Your payment failed, please recheck." Funny they have never asked me for proof from my bank showing withdraw from my account. Why would they? They already know they stole my money.
