Our bill over the past two months has been 13,000 gallons and 10,000 gallons; in October it was 5000 gallons, per Michael. One of our toilets had a trickle, and had since we moved in the house in July, but then the bill skyrocketed. On 11/27 I told them we had a leaky toilet, but didn't tell them how long it had been running. This Michael, told me they wouldn't send a technician out to check the meter because I just told them we had a leaking toilet. He refused to listen and send a technician, and was rude on the phone. Horrible, it's "Customer Dis-service" for these guys.
