Exactly the same as in complaint 190928; represented themselves as Applecare, said that the service was $99.99 for a 2-year repair contract. Charges occurred monthly for 2 months in amount of $99.99/month for 3 months total. Total misrepresentation both as to Apple connection and price of service.
