Called my 79 year old mother and stated this was secondary insurance for medicare. Obtained her checking information an withdrew 446.44 fron her account in Nov. 2011. Called Third Party Customer Service Company and cancelled the policy on Dec. 12 2011. Told she would get a refund in 21 days. Called every month since then. Got all kinds of excuses as to why she has not gotten it. Dec. 3rd 2012 we were told that Third Party Custoner no longer is associated with Inter Ben and hung up on us. All we want is her money back.
