Text message from 626-543-0841, saying I won a $1000 target gift card. I do not blame my phone company or target but I am on a limited number of texts per month so there is a loss even if it is small. Legal action should be taken against these unsolicited and damaging messages. If the number comes up on my phone why can't the party responsible be punished?
