We ordered a Canon 5D Mark iii from AJRichies. They immediately called and tried to up-sell us on a battery. We accepted the charge for a $190 battery and they ended up charging us $800 more and sending us the "kit". We attempted to gain an RMA number to return the unit and there was a restocking fee (on $3400). Customer service lectured me on the order, would not let me hear the audio recording of the order, and was incredibly rude. We filed a claim with our credit card company. Do not do business with ajrichies!
