You get suckered in when you find a pair of shoe. When you go to purchase it, you realize you have to be a member, so you proceed to join. The next month you forget to press skip and the company charges you 39.95. You call in and they convince you to stay with them for another month and they'll refund you a "store credit." Over the next following months, to your disappointment there are no shoes that are worth $40 that you couldn’t buy from the local mall for $20. Life gets busy and you forget about the membership. You review your credit card statement and two months has gone by since you last checked your justblah account. You call in and the operator tells you she can only refund one credit bc there is a 2 refund maximum rule. You request to cancel your membership and the operator tells you can’t cancel because you have a credit. The following month you get charged again and you call in to cancel membership and they now have your money and can’t refund you because “it’s their policy.” This is what happened to me. Do not sign up for their membership. Don’t be fooled by the dust bag that accompanies the shoe, the products are poorly made and the return of your shoe will cost you $5.95 restocking fee. Additionally, the company hires rude and unprofessional customer service reps who will repeat their policy and speak over you.
