I had second thoughts about ordering from this website. I should have listened to my instincts and if you are toying with the idea of ordering from here; you should too. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They claim that they will ship your order within 5-7 business days... What a crock! I had to sent 5 emails to their "customer service department" JUST to get a tracking number. Then they gave the run around for days when I tried to get the shipping company. Who the heck can track something without knowing the mailing company? FINALLY, they gave it to me: EMS shipping. I went to that website and it was mostly in Chinese! I couldn't call them or submit a question about my package... NOTHING! Then when I entered my "tracking number" it told me that my boots were in Shanghai!?! I have been dealing with this for almost 2 weeks... And still no boots! I know that the deal looks good..."Wow, Timberland boots for half off!" But half off isn't a great deal if you NEVER GET THE FREAKING BOOTS!!! Save your money, and your sanity... Order your boots from a LEGIT, TRUSTWORTHY website and just pay the full price.
