Well my car was repossessed in late sept. 2012. Boomerang Recovery was the company that retrieved my car for the carnote company. Personal things was left in the car at the time. Boomerang sent a letter to me stating i had five days to contact them about my property left in the car. I called them and talk to the receptionist name Anna. At this time I let her know that I was out of the state and I had no way of getting up there at the time to get my things. She stated well you have till dec. 7th 2012 to pick your things up. She also stated that i could have someone to pick them up for me. I just needed to fax a letter of Notary and 30.00 before someone else could picked it up. My Great aunt that is very trust worthy retrieved my things for me on December 6th. I arrived in town on December 8th. When i got my items things was missing. I talked to my aunt and she said the things in the bag is all they gave her. So i attempted to get back in contact with the company. I got Anna again. At this time her tone changed and she accused my aunt of stealing my things! I proceeded to tell her that my is older and she meet her, and it wasn't true. Anna told me well you better check her! So I asked her if there was a corporate i could call to find out how do i go about talking to someone about my missing cd case. I proceeded to let her know that things that i cherished from my family member death was in the cd case. She refused to give me a number. I asked her just because people can't come claim there car doesn't mean they wont come claim there property! I was on the phone crying to this lady and she really didn't care that those items wasn't there. I continued to ask and plead about my case. So I called back today in hopes that I could get that corporate! At this time Anna wanted to know what I needed the number for. She refused to give the number again! She continued to send my calls to all kind of different voicemails. Then she refused to answer the calls screening the numbers. I called from a blocked number and she answered. She put me on hold without the number again and sent me to another bogus voicemail. I just wanna find out who took the case, because i have things i cant get back and I'm sick! I just wanted my things back. I really think that the person or persons who are the people that towed and open the car may have took it! (which was Boomerang Recovery All I wanted was answers and she could not and would not give me any answers! I was 100% willing to pay to get my things back! But do they have the right to take what the want first? I did let them know that I was looking to speak to a lawyer and Anna instructed me to do what I had to do! Please help!!! Anna is very rude and unprofessional and i'm sicked and hurt that I could not get a number or speak to anyone but her!
