Do not do business with this woman. She is an evil money hungry Animal abuser. Anna's Pet Grooming along with all the other names they go by are all about the money. Names they go by... (Anna's Pet Grooming, Anna's Pet Grooming and Supplies, Norwalk Pet Grooming, Anna Gabriel, Anna Beradini, Anna Bernadini, Anna M. Berardini.
On 1/19 we purchased 2 Cockapoos from "Anna's Pet Grooming" and at the time the pups had just turned 8 weeks old. At the time of purchase we were told to come back on 1/23 for the pups to receive thier first set of shots as part of the cost. We brought both puppies in on 1/23 and she wasn't available to give them the shots on that day so we were told to return on 1/26. On that day I decided to call first to make sure she would be available and of course she wasn't.
On 1/28 we receive a disturbing phonecall from her (Anna, you pick the last name) stating that the two remaining puppies from the same litter had worms and possibly Giardia, at that time we again asked about the vaccines and all she said is "I won't be available today so you will just have to take them somewhere to get them". At the time it was more important to take care of the pups then to deal with her so I left it alone.
On 2/17 I phoned her to find out about the vaccines and all I got from her was a bad attitude and she replied "You bought the dogs, it's your responsibility, it is not my obligation, and besides now it's too late", this after she was never available, and after this was supposed to be part of the initial cost of the puppy not to mention the lost wages from having to take the pups elsewhere.
After this I began to do research on the internet and I found out a lot of stuff. There are several complaints with the bbb against her as well as a lot of other people that have had bad experiences with her. At one point she was sentenced to probation and to do 15 days of Cal-trans trash clean up on the freeway, CBS2 news did an undercover report on her, and there was a raid 2 years in a row by SEEACA. She is also listed on superpages as a licensed veteranerian which she is not. Since we got our puppies she has also taken down her website, coinsedence? I doubt that. She must have so many people on her back that she is trying to hide from them all.
