Harris bank Repossessed my $23000 2003 truck for missing 2 payments I owed them $5000 on balance they gave me 21 days to pay it off plus $1207 in fees or it would be sold in a private sale if it didn't bring $6207 in the sale I would have to pay the balance
I paid it off in 10 days only to have to drive 300 miles to pick it up and pay $145 in storage fees only to find all my personal items stolen along with all my tools I use for work (over $2000) also my plates were gone
Mike at R&R Recovery told me that everything was their, then when I said I was going to make a police report. He changed his story to they are in the backroom when I called the next day he said to bad you lost them we don't have to give them back
I called Harris bank now that you have all your money can I have my tools, plates and personal items back, It went from you will get them back to to bad if you would have paid on time you would still have you things. We our not responsible for you things 7 weeks have passed and I still can't drive my truck or have my tools for work
R&R said come and get them only to find that they gave me the wrong address and city I got mad and left a message calling them theifs after about 8 calls R&R said they didn't like being called theifs and said I would have to go to Gary, IN to pick my stuff up (the murder captial of the world) to find the number they gave me no one answers
Thank god I had the money to pay it off I feel sorry for the people who don't have the money to pay their cars off to not only loss their cars but all of their valables if they make up their back payments they still have R&R stealing all of their things in their car
Harris bank and R&R think they are above the law and can take from you anything they want only to tell you TO bad
