I have not yet received the return labels for damaged nuwave product that has a loose screw inside, I was told if I didn't receive the return labels within 5-7 days to call back. It has been at least 2 weeks if not more. The return authorization number that I was given is BM172284. Thank you and I await your response in this matter.
