Their answer to everything was, “Someone will call you tomorrow.” They told me this about 9 times and no one ever called me until I requested to speak w/a supervisor, in which she never returned my call either.
It should have only taken 2-3 days to receive return labels. It took approx. 2 weeks. I had huge boxes in my family room during the holidays.
I requested return labels the last week in November 09, I didn't get a credit to my account until Feb. 18.
The items returned were a fireplace. The pieces were warped which caused gaps, pieces were scratched and some had no pre drilled holes.
I will never order from Stacks and Stacks again.
